Tips Menjaga Kehamilan Di Masa Pandemi
Hai, Sahabat Sehat! Tahukah bahwa wanita hamil merupakan kategori dari kelompok rentan yang dapat terinfeksi COVID-19? Wanita hamil yang menunjukkan hasil positif COVID-19 memiliki potensi untuk mengalami abnormalitas pada plasenta. Keadaan ini dapat mempengaruhi kadar oksigen serta nutrisi pada janin, namun efek samping secara jangka panjangnya masih belum dapat diketahui.
Oleh karena itu, wanita hamil perlu melakukan adaptasi di era New Normal ini. Berikut beberapa tips yang dapat dilakukan agar kondisi wanita hamil selama pandemi COVID-19 tetap terjaga:
Perketat protokol kesehatan dalam keseharian
Lakukan 3M (memakai masker, menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan), 3T (tracing, testing, treatment) dan VDJ (ventilasi, durasi jarak).
Disiplin diri
Pastikan ibu hamil disiplin untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ada. Hindari pertemuan di tempat yang ramai dan juga berada di kerumunan.
Pemeriksaan rutin
Meski tengah pandemi, pemeriksaan kehamilan tetap harus rutin dilakukan. Konsultasikan dengan dokter mengenai kondisi kehamilan dan jadwal konsultasi selama pandemi agar dapat mempersiapkan pemeriksaan dengan baik. Berdasarkan rekomendasi, pemeriksaan tatap muka pada ibu hamil selama pandemi dilakukan satu kali pada trimester pertama, dua kali pada trimester kedua, dan tiga kali pada trimester ketiga.
Pola hidup bersih dan sehat
Menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat selama kehamilan dengan menjaga kebersihan diri dan sekitar serta mengonsumsi makanan 4 sehat 5 sempurna.
Olahraga teratur
Wanita hamil juga harus rutin berolahraga. Aktif dalam bergerak baik untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh, melancarkan peredaran darah, dan memudahkan persalinan.
Asupan vitamin
Asupan vitamin sangat diperlukan oleh wanita hamil dan juga janin. Konsumsi sejumlah nutrisi penting seperti asam folat, kalsium, vitamin C, vitamin D, dan zat besi. Lakukan konsultasi dengan dokter kandungan untuk mengetahui nutrisi tambahan yang umumnya berbeda pada setiap wanita hamil.
Cari rumah sakit yang tepat
Carilah rumah sakit yang menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang baik dan benar untuk persalinan. Penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat yang baik dan benar dapat menjaga ibu dan bayi sebelum, selama, dan setelah persalinan.
